Keith R. Hodge, MD, FACS
Dr. Hodge has a passion for plastic surgery. His goal is to provide high-quality, compassionate care whether it’s a complex surgery or a simple office procedure. His perfectionism and detail oriented personality blend well with his artistic eye and surgical talents to provide exceptional results. He specializes in breast augmentations and mommy makeovers, which include breast augmentations, breast lifts, tummy tucks and liposuction. He is also one of the most experienced facelift surgeons in the area, and offers several techniques under local anesthesia with oral pain medication.
During your consultation, Dr. Hodge will want to understand your concerns as well as your goals. After a thorough examination, a customized treatment plan will be outlined with many implant options. The different styles of implants achieve different looks. Monarch offers an augmented reality application to help choose the proper style and size of the implants. Therefore, patients are able to visualize the post-operative appearance of their breasts, giving them more confidence in their decision.
Also, not all mommy makeovers encompass the same procedures or techniques. Therefore, different options will be discussed, detailing how they specifically address your areas of concern. To further enhance your figure and your results, Monarch also offers the latest in skin tightening using Renuvion, which is radio frequency skin tightening, and VASER Liposuction, which is ultrasound assisted liposuction.
Dr. Hodge’s favorite in-office procedure is by far some type of facial rejuvenation. For his younger facelift patients, he offers the Monarch Mini Facelift. This technique involves suture rejuvenation of the deep facial structures. For those with greater signs of aging, a SMAS flap face lift technique will be recommended, which is a more traditional facelift technique. When patients have more advanced signs of aging, or a heavier cheek, a deep plane facelift technique will be recommended, which is a more advanced technique. Dr. Hodge is the only plastic surgeon in the area offering this under local anesthesia with oral pain medication. For additional rejuvenation, a facelift may be combined with an upper lid blepharoplasty and/or a brow lift.
Dr. Hodge wants to develop a long-lasting relationship with you beginning at the first consultation and continuing on through postoperative care. It is his hope to enhance your appearance to improve your self-esteem and self-confidence through middle age and beyond.
