A facelift performed by Dr. Leahy. This very nice patient was wishing for a refreshed look, but not one that lots of her friends would suspect that "she had something done." We performed our Monarch Facelift which includes liposuction of the neck and jowls (jawline), and tightening of the neck & cheek tissues in addition to removal of excess wrinkles & skin." This is done in the office under local anesthesia only (patients can drive to & from and eat a normal breakfast). Down time is minimal, and showering normally the next day with limited discomfort and no narcotic pain medication.
